Imagine the
convenience of a road-ready, noiseless, hassle-free, custom-wired
pedalboard.
Hello, kats and kitties!
I would like to introduce you to my Pedal
Board service.
I
have built boards for some of the most discerning clients.
One example is Lee
Ritenour: I built a board for Lee in just one day.
After many
changes, this is what we settled on (next image);
the results can be heard on Lee's "Overtime" live DVD (2005).
Lee's is only
one of the pedalboards that I have built. Here are other
examples:

You work hard and
deserve the convenience of a road-ready, noiseless, hassle-free,
custom-wired pedalboard. Let Andy Brauer wire a
custom pedal board for you in 3 days! Do not be
discouraged by distance. Using email and phone we can get the job
done to your specs.
THE PROCESS First, we'll have a
chat (in person or by
phone) to discuss your tonal needs and objectives and review pedal
options . We'll also determine what, if any, sounds are missing
from your current set-up/ which pedals are needed to fill in the tonal
"blanks." We can utilize pedals you already have, or I can supply
recommended
pedals and build that into the price.
Next, we choose a suitable size floorboard for you. Custom Audio
and SKB are available, as are PEDALTRAIN.
Now,
PEDALTRAIN frames have space underneath to mount power supply and power
strips.
That means more room on top for your effects!
PEDALTRAIN is
available in 3 sizes:

PEDALTRAIN 411
PEDALTRAIN'S
unique, open frame, elevated and angled design provides added
flexibility when configuring the layout of the effects. Connecting
cables can be neatly routed over, under, and through the open slots
in the top surface area of the PEDALTRAIN to keep the risk of possible
accidental disconnection to a minimum. Pedals may be added, removed,
rearranged, or bypassed quickly and easily.
PEDALTRAIN
frames include plenty of industrial grade, adhesive
backed, hook and loop material, along with detailed instructions to
make setup fast and efficient. You can easily and securely mount
virtually
any effects pedal, volume or wah pedal, or other device, such as a
pedal
power supply, channel switcher, power strip, direct box, or wireless
receiver.
PEDALTRAIN frames are constructed of durable aluminum
alloy, one of the strongest and lightest metals in the world. Each
PEDALTRAIN frame weighs less than the same size piece of 3/4 plywood.
There are no moving parts to loosen or wear out. With a durable
powdercoat finish, the PEDALTRAIN will last a long, long time.
Next, we choose a power supply (Voodoo Labs, Line 6, etc).
I use professional grade, shielded cable with soldered high
quality ends (Canare cable and Switchcraft ends
preferred). Placement and signal path order of effects on the
board follows. I usually secure pedals (with the exception of pedals
that you might change out often) to the board
using DualLock (unless we are using a Pedaltrain blank, which has a
velcro
back). After laying out the board, it's wired up, then QC'd and
sent
to you -- ready to plug in and play.
PRICING
The price depends on what you want done/how elaborate or basic. I
charge $75/hour for labor, plus materials, and
like to get a deposit before rolling up my sleeves.
